Happy 4th of July!
Hi everyone!
I hope you had a great, long weekend celebrating the 4th of July! I spent yesterday hanging out in our blow-up pool enjoying the sunshine, some good music, and good company!
Now that we are officially in July I have a lot of exciting news to share.
Debut EP coming this summer
On July 1st, I was back in the studio recording some new music that will all be a part of my debut EP coming in August. I am being produced by my great friend James Sinclair-Stott of Cross Atlantic and I’m telling you, it sounds amazing! This new music is headed in a different direction sonically and I am so excited to share it with you all. If you’ve been able to see me perform in the last month, you already got a sneak peek of the new material!
The first single off the EP is a song I wrote last year and it has been a favorite ever since. I’ll be sharing details on its release and when you can pre-save very very soon! Here is the VERY FIRST look at the artwork for “How a Man Treats a Lady”.
Vermont Acoustic Shows in July
I had so much fun last month on the road that I’ve decided to head back up to the Green Mountain state for a few acoustic shows. I’ll be in the Rutland and Burlington area July 20-23. Check out the Tour page for details as I book those shows!
An Evening to #ENDALZ
Lastly, I did want to say a huge THANK YOU to every single person who contributed to my Longest Day fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association! On June 24 I hosted an amazing songwriter’s round at the Listening Room Cafe in Nashville, and thanks to you and everyone who attended that night I surpassed my goal of raising $5000! It was truly a night I will never forget. Shout out to Kat & Alex, Neil Medley, and Mark Elliott for incredible performances that night.
Even though I did pass my goal the work doesn’t stop until we have a cure for this disease. “I Will Remember” Lyric T-shirts are still available and all proceeds will still be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association. Get your shirt now!
